i tried a sniper and it didnt work then i tried landng on the statue wiv a helicopter and niothing will work do u knwo how ot get them?IN GTAIV how od u get the flying rats on the Liberty Statue??
I managed to do it; it takes a lot of patience. Use an Annihilator (helicopter) and shoot the flying rats with the minigun on the helicopter.
