About to get a pet mouse. I've owned gerbils, hamsters %26amp; rats before -- do mice eat the same food, drink as much, need to be changed as much, need to be held as much? Are they very difficult to maintain? Thanks.Are mice any different from gerbils/rats/hamsters as pets?

Mice are more dirty than gerbils. If you changed a gerbil's cage every 2 weeks, a mice would need to be changed every week.

Mice dont like being handled. They are more of an individual animal if I'm correct. Hope I helped!
