What vegetables are best to feed rats?

Peas %26amp; carrots are always a winning combination. :) Other choices are green beans and broccoli, but with green vegetables, you want to make sure you aren't giving too much, otherwise you'll wind up with a smelly cage later on.

Celery isn't recommended, unless you take the time to remove the 'strings', as those are a choking risk.

Add some fruit, too. Honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, apples, bananas, cherries (w/o the pit), blueberries, etc. (Just about all but the citrus fruits!)What vegetables are best to feed rats?
Rats will eat just about anything. I would suggest a variety so that the rat will get all of its nutrition. I think that a mix of several different veggies (kinda like a salad ) would work best. carrots, potatoes, lettuce, and stuff like that, just use a bunch of differnt onesWhat vegetables are best to feed rats?
Anything really - just avoid chocolate and caffiene products. Mine loved corn and peas in the bottom of a pan of water - they would go swimming for the treats.
