I was eating pudding today and my pet rats spelled it and went crazy. i was wondering if i could give them a taste or would it hurt them?Can rats eat chocolate pudding?
Actually, an occasional *taste* of chocolate pudding would be fine. Unlike many other animals, rats are able to eat a bit of chocolate without ill effect. A bit of *dark* chocolate is even good for helping them breath easier when they're congested (it doesn't take the place of proper vet care though).
Some people, including me, use a bit of chocolate pudding to hide the taste of medicine for a finicky rat.Can rats eat chocolate pudding?
No, chocolate isn't good for them and pudding shouldn't be fed to them.
Don't listen to the person who said rats eat everything because there are a number of foods that can kill/ make sick rats.
Yup, not too much!
';It contains stimulants that can lead to heart failure or neurological poisoning in HIGH quantities. A bit of chocolate is okay and can actually temporarily alleviate respiratory distress';
