How to convince mum to get pair of rats?

i have asked her she said ';i will end up looking after them'; i offered 2 pay for them how do i PROVE that i am responsible enough and that she won't end up cleaning them out? i really want them and she really wont end up clearing them out i just don't know how to prove it. . . please help How to convince mum to get pair of rats?

get a cardboard box and a toy out newspaper in the bottom and shredded paper and 'preted it is a rat' show you can 'clean it out' and play with it for maybee a month and care for it like i t was a real rar
you've already asked this question. just tell her you will buy them and everything for them, they will stay in your bedroom and you WILL clean them out, play with them and feed and water them.
