Is this cage big enough for 2 rats?

37cm high,

64cm across

44cm width

it has a platform thats half as long as the cage aswell. Is this cage big enough for 2 rats?
That cage is barely big enough for one rat. Each rat needs at least 2 cubic feet of space (about 0.06 cubic metres). Try something bigger.

Here's the cage calculator to help you calculate how many rats can go in a cage- http://www.rattycorner.com/odds/calc.sht鈥?/a>

To all the other answers- rats are not guinea pigs or bunnies. They need more room to play and climb in. Rats are smart and do need a lot of room. The biggest cage that you can get is the best cage.Is this cage big enough for 2 rats?
you might want a little bigger. i also had two rats and i had a glass cage that was about a foot with length and about 6 cm width when i had my first rat. then i went to the store and got an addition to it that was steel and made of bars when i got my second rat, and it fit right on the glass one. the steel on had another floor that they got onto by a ladder, then about two more 4 cm floors that they could get onto with ladders also (the ladders are connected to the cage, not sold seperatly) and they seemed very happy with that. i would say that u need a cage that is a little bit bigger than that... i had 2 rats that grew fairly large (fat) adn my cage was about 18 in high, 15 in wide and about 2 ft long and i think that they were a little bit crowded then... it is hard to tell b/c they are so small as babies

good luck
Yes it is big enough
i think that is a perfect size i had two rats before and there cage was around that size
