Try looking online for breeders, as most pet stores do not carry hairless rats (and besides you wouldn't want one from most pet stores anyway). Some good sites with breeder listings include:

Also try a Google search, as there are some breeders not very well known that may be closer to you. No matter who you go with if you are lucky enough to find somebody close to you, make sure you choose a healthy, well-socialized same sex pair.

I saw some at petsmart today. I just got 2 new rats. you could try there if there is one in your area. they are pretty rare though.
